HERE ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTIONS AND THE ANSWERS YOU WANT TO HEAR!

  • Can you provide me with your liability insurance certificate?

    Absolutely!

  • What amount are you insured for? ($1 million minimum)

    We are insured for $2 million in liability property and bodily injury! We can bolster this amount if necessary for your job and property!

  • Do you know the crew that will be working on my roof?

    I do! We use the same guys daily for our installations and do not have a list of crews that we farm work out to.

  • What is the name of the crew lead?

    Adam and Alex will be your onsite crew leads.

  • What warranty will I be receiving on my roof?

    Lifetime warranty registered to your name and address. This covers labor, materials, disposal and tear off!

  • Does my warranty depreciate over time?

    Your warranty appreciates! Our manufacturer knows that with rising costs and inflation, your $10,000 roof today will be more expensive if replacement is required in 15, 30, 40 years, etc. So your warranty covers the cost to replace your roof AT THE TIME of the found defects.

  • Is there an up-charge for higher definition shingles? If so, how much?

    There is, but it is not as much as some would lead you to believe. We pride ourselves on making your home look beautiful, so if we can put a nicer looking shingle up there at minimal cost increase, that is our goal!

  • What is your lead time?

    It varies by time of year, but right now we can put you on the schedule for 7-10 days out (weather permitting)! If we have a rain day, the entire schedule will shift out one day for all customers.

  • Why are you a roofer?

    There are many great roofing companies out there, but sadly there are more bad than good. We are in the industry to serve customers in the way we would want to be served. People commit a large amount of money to these projects, and we are here to deliver what you expect for your hard earned money!
